Dear Ms. Teasley,

Please find enclosed three copies of the new annual report for the Missouri Joint Municipal Utility Commission which arrived Friday, on time and with the project under budget in large part due to your diligence, your expertise, and your creativity.

I cannot begin to express my appreciation to you for your professionalism as we tackled the job of publishing a much higher quality annual report. You were impressive in how you absorbed the structure of our very complex organization, and the penetrating questions you asked in order to get a fundamental grasp of how we operate.

Above all, it was a pleasure to work with an artistic person who also had a grasp of the business and scheduling challenges that we were facing in trying to get this completed in time for board meetings and to meet other timelines. While working on the weekends is something neither of us like to do to meet deadlines, I never sensed that you were reticent about putting your whole heart into completing the project despite the challenges.

Your prior experience in developing such projects was evident in the way that make a productive suggestions to improve our final product. A product, by the way, that has gained rave reviews from many of our senior staff and our board members.

I look forward to the opportunity to continue to work with you and the incredibly creative staff at Cottonwood Graphics for many years after an absolutely fantastic first experience.
